I would describe the experience as great! Working with Katherine always made me feel comfortable and all the work was done in a judgement-free way. Katherine has a great way of asking questions that made me re-evaluate my assumptions about my own body, which was key to unlearning some behaviors that negatively impacted me.
As an added bonus, I also learned a lot of really good information and unlearned a lot of bad information! Katherine really changed my relationship with food and got it to where it needs to be.

We'll go over your health history and nutrition history, challenges, and goals to explore where to start.
After the initial session, we'll schedule regular check ins to discuss your progress, obstacles, and strategize what is and isn't working.

The initial forms will review any information I need to know about you to start our work together.
The initial session is 60-70 minutes (virtual or in-person). We'll go over your health and nutrition history, challenges, and goals to explore where to start.
Follow up sessions are 55 minutes (virtual or in-person). After the initial session, we'll schedule regular check ins to discuss your progress, obstacles, and strategize what is and isn't working.

I'm a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor, and Certified Eating Disorder Specialist. I work with my clients to untangle contradictory nutrition advice and unrealistic ideas of what healthy eating looks like to improve their health and nutrition without the guilt, shame, and food rules.
